Getting Started

After registering, go to your dashboard and click "Add New Service" to create your first service. Then set your working hours and customize your booking page colors. Your booking link will be automatically generated and ready to share with customers.
In your dashboard, go to "Working Hours" section. Click on each day to set your available times. Use 24-hour format (e.g., 09:00-18:00). You can also mark entire days as closed by clearing the hours.
Go to "Brand Colors" in your dashboard. Choose colors that match your business branding. You can preview changes before saving. The colors will be applied to your public booking page.

Account Management

Currently, business information changes require admin approval. Contact support at info@visiq.us with your requested changes, and we'll update your account within 24 hours.
If you've forgotten your password, contact our support team at info@visiq.us. We'll help you reset your password securely.
Go to your dashboard and click "Upgrade" to view available plans. Choose the plan that fits your needs and follow the upgrade process. You can upgrade at any time.

Booking System

Customers visit your booking link, select a service, choose an available date and time, provide their contact information, and confirm their booking. They'll receive an email confirmation.
All bookings appear in your dashboard. You can view, confirm, or reject bookings. The system automatically prevents double bookings and respects your working hours.
Yes! Go to "Unavailable Dates & Times" in your dashboard. You can block entire days or specific time slots. This is perfect for vacations, holidays, or personal time.

Troubleshooting

Make sure you've added at least one service and set your working hours. If you're still having issues, check that your account is approved by an admin. Contact support if problems persist.
Check your email settings in the dashboard. Make sure your email is properly configured. If issues persist, contact support as there might be a server configuration issue.
Your QR code is automatically generated and available in your dashboard. Click on the QR code section to view and download it. You can print it or display it digitally for customers to scan.
